About Buses Ríos

Buses Ríos is an intercity bus company founded in 1983. Its beginnings were doing private transport to the students of the Universidad Adventista de Chile in the city of Chillán. From then, it’s been more than 30 years in which the company has been broadening their business offering passengers transportation in the route that covers Santiago, Chillán and Puerto Montt; just like the company Vía-Tur.

In 2013, the company started its intercity services with departures from Valdivia, Tirúa, Angol, Los Ángeles, Chillán, Rancagua and Santiago, focusing on selling bus tickets to different localities in the south and central area of Chile.

The fleet of Buses Ríos has more than 20 buses that includes minibuses, taxi buses and buses that can move from 11 to 64 passengers. Currently the company offers intercity services, corporate services and special trips.

Its headquarters are located at Ángel Parra N° 153 in Chillán Viejo. From Santiago, the services of Buses Ríos depart from the Terminal Sur.
