Buses ETM, also known as Empresa de Transportes Maullín, is a bus company founded in 1962 in Maullín, Los Lagos Region, with the objective of helping passengers travel and offer special transportation services to corporations.
From the 90’s onwards, the company’s administration and management was assumed by the founders’ following generation, which took care of professionalizing the company and also broad its national destinations coverage.
The fleet of Buses ETM is built by modern buses, all from the brand Scania, which have three different seat types: semi cama, salon cama and cama premium, which are available depending on the service. Its fleet is renewed every two years, guaranteeing to maintain very high quality buses for the service of its customers.
One of their main destinations used to be Santiago to Puerto Montt. However, they have increased their coverage, including cities like Puerto Varas, Osorno, Castro, Valdivia, Concepción, Temuco, Viña del Mar and Valparaíso.
From Santiago, its buses depart from the Terminal Sur. However, since 2006 they established their own terminal in the commune of Las Condes, allowing its passengers to travel on certain premium services and reach directly to the eastern sector of the capital.
