According the outcome of the nacional inspection program carried out by the subsecretaría de Transporte, during the first semester of 2019, period in wich they where inspected 8 times, Cruz del Norte obteined a percentage of infractions of 25%.
However, this figure has improved during 2020, since the company did not obtain any infraction during the 4 controls to which it was subjected during this period.
