Buses Camus is an intercity bus company founded by don Luis Camus Calderón in 1951, in the Antofagasta region. From Tocopilla, don Luis Camus made its first journey moving passengers to the city of María Elena. With lots of efforts and dedication, this family company kept on acquiring more buses and consolidating itself in the transportation industry, to finally get established as one of the most important companies in Tocopilla.
Buses Camus is known mainly for being one of the oldest transportation companies in Chile, with more than 68 years of experience in the industry. They offer special services with high security standards for the Hospital de Tocopilla, where they transport patients to the city of Antofagasta since 2013.
Currently Buses Camus offers transportation services to cities and localities such as Tocopilla, Antofagasta, Maria Elena, Coya Sur, Francisco Vergara, Iquique, Chuquicamata, Calama, among other small localities within these routes.
