The Nevado Tres Cruces National Park is part of a wetland of international importance, where you can not miss the Negro Francisco Lagoon and Santa Rosa Lagoon.
This nature reserve was created in 1994, it is located in the Atacama Region, it has more than 59,000 hectares which are divided between Copiapó and Tierra Amarilla, two communes of the region. The desert steppe of the Andean Salt Flats and the High - Andean Desert of Ojos del Salado attracts attention from the park and its plant formations.
