Buses Pullman JR is an interurban bus company that is based on the family business structure, was family founded by Julio Díaz Alarcón, a former taxi driver from Chillán, in southern Chile.
The first trip offered by Buses Pullman JR was between Chillán and Yungay. Later, the company expanded its routes to and from the cities of Chillán, Yungay, Polcura, Trupan, Huepil, Pemuco, El Carmen, Pueblo Seco, Quiriquina and Santiago.

According the outcome of the national inspection program carried out by the Undersecretary of Transport during the first semester of 2019, period in which they were inspected 33 times, they obtained a percentage of infractions of 12.1%. These figures represent an increase of 1% compared to the values obtained during the first half of the year.
On the other hand, during 2020, they were subjected to 30 controls, of which they obtained infringements in only 3 of them.
