Chimbarongo, the city and capital of wicker, stands out for its cultural heritage in artisan techniques and is located in the Province of Colchagua in the Libertador General O'Higgins Region, 150 km south of Santiago. In 2015 it received the title of “The Craft City of the World”, by the World Craft Council. From Rancagua you can get to the wicker capital through Route 5.
